Grace Alice Harman, 91

She was born January 23, 1920, growing up on a homestead near Terry, Montana, with her mother, six sisters and one brother during the Great Depression, teaching  her to be strong and thrifty.

After high school, Grace graduated as a Registered Nurse from St. Luke’s in Boise. As a nurse she particularly enjoyed assisting in the delivery of babies. After retiring she volunteered for 26 years at the Humane Society Thrift Store. She met and married Wyatt Harman during World War II.

Grace is survived by two sons, Daniel (Janice) Herman and two daughters, Judy Haight (Phil Davenport) and Joan Harman.

A potluck lunch to celebrate her life was held in Coeur d’Alene.
