Screening for upcoming kindergartners and younger children to be held March 27

  A Preschool (Child Find) Screening will be conducted at Terry Schools on Tuesday, March 27, from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. This screening is for children ages birth through 5 years of age and will include upcoming kindergarten students to be enrolled in the 2012-13 school year.

The screening is a free public service. Areas of development to be screened include hearing, vision, speech-language, fine and gross motor, general health and concepts. The Prairie County Health Department and Developmental-Educational Assistance Program (DEAP) will also take part in this screening.
