Fallon Harvest Festival is Sunday

From Fallon Village Council

Fallon Harvest Festival which is a fun filled family tradition  is on schedule again for Sunday, September 2, 2012 in Fallon.

The community has been working hard to make sure everyone has a super day.
The Ranch Horse Cutting Contest will begin at 9 a.m.
This year's parade, set to begin at 1 p.m., will feature the theme "Life is Good".  Individuals, groups and businesses are encouraged to put a float together to let others know what makes their life good. Fallon's parade is always a treat and there always seems to be an extra laugh at the end of it.
Following the parade will be games for young and old alike. The favorite seems to be the egg toss.
Supper of beef and lamb has become a tradition followed by a street dance. This year's music will be performed by "OK and the Runaway".
Proceeds from this year’s Fallon Harvest Festival will go towards improvements and maintenance at the Fallon Park and the Fallon Fire Hall.
Come and see why this event has been going on for over 60 years!
