Residents will have chance to comment on proposed zoning regs

A public hearing allowing residents to comment on the proposed 59-page zoning regulations for the Town of Terry will be held Dec. 20 at 7 p.m. at Terry Town Hall. It will be the first in a series of public meetings that will be held addressing the proposed zoning regulations and growth use policy, according to Town Clerk Lynn Strasheim.

Although the growth policy draft isn’t complete, Strasheim said it is expected to be finished and available for public review soon. At least two meetings for each of the draft documents — zoning and growth policy — will be scheduled.
A copy of the proposed zoning regulations and the proposed zoning map can be viewed at the Town of Terry website at www.townofterry.com.
