Randall will chair house ag committee

Representative Lee Randall from Broadus has been selected as Chairman for the 2013 House

Agriculture committee.
“It is an honor to be selected to take charge of one of the most important committees in the legislature,” Randall said. “Agriculture is the number one industry in Montana and I am glad that leadership has selected someone that is actively involved with agriculture.”
The Montana state legislature will convene January 7 and will stay in session though April.
“There will be a bunch of big issues we will tackle in agriculture this session. Including water rights, easements, free ranging buffalo, and private property rights, just to name a few,” Randall said.
This is Randall’s third term serving on the House agriculture committee. Randall will also serve as Vice Chair of the House transportation committee and is a member of the House taxation committee.
