Terry’s cross country team will be participating in the 50th annual MHSA All-Class Cross Country Championship on Saturday, October 26 at the University of Montana’s golf course in Missoula. Class C girls will be running at 2:30 p.m.

“Our girls are ready,” head coach Leann Lantis stated in an email to the Tribune. “We are all healthy, injury free, and running the best we have all year.”
This is senior Caitlin Lantis’ fourth appearance at state, with the previous three years running with the Class A Co-op of Glendive/Terry.
This year the girls will be representing all purple, running for the Terriers. This course was ran in the first year and we like it, Lantis said. It definitely has its challenges, she added.
Katelynn Mendenhall is doing an outstanding job running for the Terriers. She ran her first meet at the end of August in Poplar and has now taken off over 5 minutes. Competing in dual sports this season, with cross country and volleyball, Mendenhall has put in as much as 3 to 4 hours in practice time in a day.
“As good as Katelynn has been running I believe she will be bringing home All-State honors,” Lantis said.
