  Mabel R. Love, age 74, of Culbertson formerly of Terry went to be with her Lord and Savior, May 4, 2009.

     Mabel was born at her grandparent’s home in Napoleon, North Dakota on August 16, 1934, the daughter of Ed and Emma (Lachenmeier) Moos.  At an early age, Mabel and her family moved to Hardin, Montana where she attended grade school.  In 1949, Mabel moved again with her family to Terry, Montana.  Soon after Mabel met her future husband Charlie Love and they were married on July 26, 1953 in Glendive, Montana. Mabel and Charlie made their home in Glendive for a short period of time but due to Charlie’s duties in the service, the family moved many times until finally settling down in Terry, Montana in 1962 and they have made there home there since.  Mable got a job at the Terry Community Hospital where she worked in the laundry and food department for over 25 years until she was no longer able to work due to health reasons.  Mabel was very active in the church and taught Sunday school for 25 years.  Mabel was always willing to reach out and help others behind the scenes but never needed any attention for it.  Mabel spent the last few years at the Nursing home in Culbertson.
     Mabel was a member of the Homemakers Club, Tops Club, and the Wesleyan Church in Terry for 40 years. Mabel loved the Lord with all her heart and taught her children those same values in their lives.  She enjoyed crocheting, cooking, gardening, and spending time with her children and especially her grandchildren who were the light of her life.
    Mabel is survived by her husband Charlie Love of Culbertson, MT; two sons:  Tim (Beth) Love of Columbia Falls, MT and Tom (Joyce) Love of Helena, MT; three daughters:  Penny (Wayne) Hendrickson of Culbertson, MT; Susan (Ron) Hunt of Billings, MT; and Lisa (Bill) Wynn of Belgrade, MT; a brother, Wayne (Yvonne) Moos of Terry, MT; two sisters:  Marcella (Delbert) Sharbono of Helena, MT; and Patty (Joel) Klein of Gonzales, LA; fourteen grandchildren and one great grandchild.  She was preceded in death by her parents, a daughter, Kathy Love, a daughter-in-law, Holly Love; and a brother, Ted Moos.
