Hospital seeks info on health needs

The Prairie Community Hospital (PCH) will be conducting a health care needs assessment for residents of Prairie County.  This survey will be sent to a random sample of homes in Prairie County, and will be used to help PCH identify the health services needed and desired in the community.  The purpose of this survey is to obtain information from a variety of participants to assist in future planning programs, services and identifying community health and wellness needs.  If you receive this survey in your mailbox, please complete and return the survey by March 28, 2014.

“Having health care services available locally is crucial to the safety, health, and economic well-being of our community,” commented Candyce Payne, hospital CEO.  “We would really appreciate participation in this survey so we can know what services are important to our community and how we can plan to meet the needs of our community in the future.”
