Speakers to address women’s health

Doctors from Glendive Medical Center (GMC) will give a free presentation at Prairie Community Health Center’s (PCHC) Women’s Health Program in June.  Providers will also answer questions about women’s health issues.

At the event, Clifford Long, MD and Jeanne Stewart, MD will host an “Ask the Doc” session, as well as discuss the importance of exercise and nutrition.  Working as a husband and wife team for GMC, Dr. Long and Dr. Stewart continue to make it their goal to provide women in the area with board certified obstetric and gynecological (OB/GYN) care.  They also perform surgical procedures such as pelvic prolapse surgery, hysterectomies and laparoscopic surgery (same day surgery).
The presentation will take place at the Terry Elementary School in the Bolin Building on Tuesday, June 9 from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.  It is free of charge, and attendees are encouraged to sign up for door prizes.  Anyone seeking more information can contact Barb Rittal with PCHC at (406) 635-5863.
