Margaret Marie Forster Eissinger, 90

  Margaret Marie Forster Eissinger, age 90, of Circle passed away at the Eastern Montana Veterans Home in Glendive on April 5, 2014.

Margaret was born on February 18, 1924 in St. Paul, Minnesota to William and Minnie (Carlson) Forster.  At the age of 3, Margaret moved to Brockway with her family and attended school in Brockway, graduating in 1942.  She attended Kinman Business School and then worked for the Spokane Air Depot.  Margaret married Roy Eissinger on February 27, 1944 in Circle while Roy was serving in the Navy.  They were blessed with four children:  Roger, Jerry, Diana and Mark.
Margaret was actively involved in the Brockway and Circle communities.  She organized the gray ladies and teen aides to serve as volunteers at the McCone County Hospital.  Margaret served as McCone County Blood Drive Chairman for 36 years.  She was a charter member of the Triangle Homemakers Club and belonged to the Order of Eastern Star, the VFW Ladies Auxiliary and the Brockway Congregational Church where she was Sunday School Superintendent for several years.  Margaret took great pleasure in her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren, especially enjoying all of their activities.  Time spent at the lake with friends and family was a highlight of her summers.  She loved to travel and enjoyed many trips with friends.  Later in life, she enjoyed annual trips to the Hostfest in Minot.
Margaret was preceded in death by her parents, her brothers Gordon and Stanley, her sister Mildred Grebeldinger, sister-in-law Doris (Eissinger) Forster, brothers-in-law:  Nick Grebeldinger and John Cavan, and grandson Casey Yarger.  She is survived by her husband Roy, a sister-in-law Clare Eissinger Cavan, her children:  Roger (Connie) of Brockway, Jerry (Bev) of Circle, Diana (Floyd) Yarger of Circle, and Mark (Stephanie) of Brockway, her grandchildren:  Ty (Teri) Eissinger of Circle, Jessica (Bryan) Neuman of Missoula, Taw Eissinger of Brockway, Ché (Kelly) Eissinger of Cody, WY, Josh (Kerry) Eissinger of Circle, Denim (Tawnya) Yarger of Anchorage, AK, Rebecca (Wade) Heinrich of Glendive, and Brett Eissinger of Scobey and nine great grandchildren:  Colin, Kara, Dylan and Diesel Yarger, Christian, Andrew and Cheyenne Eissinger, Taylor Harris and Pressley Neuman and special son of her heart, Doc (Patti) Sargent.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 9, 2014 from 2:00-7:00 p.m. at Stevenson & Sons Funeral Home in Circle followed by a time of remembrance at 7:00 p.m.  Funeral services will be held on Thursday, April 10, 2014 at 1:00 p.m. at Stevenson & Sons Funeral Home in Circle.  Interment will follow in the Brockway Cemetery.  Stevenson & Sons Funeral Home of Circle is in charge of the arrangements.  Condolences may be sent to the family by visiting:
