Couple faces felony drug charges


        Felony drug charges have been filed in District Court against a Terry couple. Benjamin and JKee Johnson each face two felony counts of criminal possession of a dangerous drug, one count of criminal possession of drug paraphernalia, a misdemeanor and three counts of endangering the welfare of children, each misdemeanors.

The drug Lorazepam, a schedule four drug was found during a search warrant performed at the Johnson residence on July 27, of last year, according to court documents, along with several drug paraphernalia.
The couple, in custody, made an initial court appearance Tuesday, Feb. 9. A court date has yet to be scheduled.
