Tribune launches new website

The new Terry Tribune Web site is up and running, highlighting area news, features and guest columns among other items. The site, created by B & D Web Design of Miles City, became operational last week.

Viewers of the site can add comments to local stories, answer opinion polls and submit letters to the Tribune, by first logging on using the free login feature.  Other highlighted points include area weather forecasts, stock market quotes, agriculture market prices as well as recent obituaries, editorials and sports news.
Not all news items published in the Tribune will be featured on the site. The address is terrytribune.com.
B & D Web Design owners Ben Billing and Darryl Pisk noted this is one of the first Web sites the two have worked on in a collaborative effort. The site features a Content Management System, which allows site managers to easily control featured information.
“Having the Tribune Web site will be a nice way to promote Terry, Montana,” Terry Tribune editor Kay Braddock said, noting area businesses and organizations will be offered an opportunity to showcase their services on the site as well.
Links directing viewers to other online area newspapers, like The Miles City Star and Glendive Ranger Review are also included.
