Area gardens featured in upcoming tour

Prairie County Extension is hosting a Horticulture Tour in Terry on June 24.  The tour will originate at Murn Park at 1:00 p.m.

Bruce Smith, Dawson County Extension Agent, will be a guest speaker, talking about some of the gardening innovations that the Farm to Table Cooperative has been working on in Glendive. Also featured on the tour will be visits to the yards of Master Gardener class participants Sandra Brown and Rita Teske. In addition, the tour will also make a few stops around Terry to view and discuss common lawn, garden, and tree problems.
If you are interested in lawn, garden, tree, and ornamental flower care please make plans to take part in this educational and enjoyable tour.  If you live in Terry and have a lawn, garden, or tree problem that you would like the tour to visit, contact the Extension Office at 635-2121 by June 11.
