Jury trial will be in Terry

  A jury trial is set to begin in District Court Thursday at the Prairie County Courthouse to determine whether a 58-year-old Billings man is guilty of his seventh DUI. 

Roger Anton Sand allegedly was driving east along the westbound lane of Interstate 94 on August 30 2009, according to court documents filed.
He was pulled over by then Prairie County Deputy Greg Huber at 10:25 p.m. 
Sand is charged with felony DUI, misdemeanors driving while license is suspended, reckless driving and operating without liability insurance.
About 40 people are expected to arrive Thursday after being summoned to serve, according to Prairie County Clerk and Recorder Toni Kalfell. Twelve jurors and one alternate will then be selected.
