The Terry High School football team traveled to Rosebud on Saturday and came home with a 64-19 victory.
Terry dominated the entire game scoring 44 points in the first quarter.
Jerett Freiboth was 6 of 7 passing for 151 yards and 5 touchdowns. He also added 4 kicked extra points in the quarter. Trevor Pisk caught two passes, both for touchdowns, while DJ Hubbert, Layne Lantis, and Talon Mack each caught a touchdown pass from Freiboth. Sergey Fredrickson ran the ball 10 times for 107 yards and 2 touchdowns in the first half.
The junior varsity took over the game in the second quarter. Freshman quarterback Josh Stickel completed all four passing attempts, two of those were caught by fellow freshman, Tyler Sackman for 64-yard and 32- yard touchdowns.
Last Thursday, the Terry junior varsity traveled to Circle to take on Frazer winning 64-18. Tyler Forcella had 3 rushing touchdowns and 115 yards on 9 carries. David Hyer caught 3 passes for 111 yards and 2 scores, scored another touchdown on a reverse, picked up a fumble and returned it to the end zone. DuWayne Springer added two more touchdowns.
On Monday the JV team hosted Jordan winning 69-37. Jordan scored first taking a 6-0 lead, but David Hyer returned the kickoff 75 yards for the score. Zack Huber added the kick giving Terry an 8-6 lead.
Jordan scored again regaining the lead 12-8.
Sergey Fredrickson scored on a 52-yard run giving Terry the lead back for good. Fredrickson would score twice more - once on a kickoff return for 65 yards and again on a 66-yard run. Hyer also scored on a 9-yard run and caught two more passes from Tyler Forcella for scores. Paul Eayrs rushed for two touchdowns and DuWayne Springer had one. Zack Huber kicked a total of 4 extra points.
Terry will host Ekalaka on Saturday at 1 p.m. This will also be senior-parent day.
