Student creates recycle project
Andy Henry is among 12 Terry High School students preparing for the FCCLA State Leadership Conference in Billings. Students from 11 districts throughout the state will be conveneing for the March 17-19 conference.

A Christmas greeting
Dizzy Diner owners Rance and Pam Jonas received an unusual Christmas greeting this week. When checking their mailbox the couple found a letter postmarked from Greensboro, N. Carolina with two cards enclosed. Judy, the letter writer, explained that she had visited their business in Sept. and sat next to a gentleman named Marty who gave her directions to the 1938 Custer Creek train wreck.

Community Center will host 55-Alive driving course Nov. 29
The AARP Driver Safety Course will be held in Terry on Monday, Nov. 29 at the Prairie Community Center. This all-day course, beginning at 10 a.m. and breaking for lunch, offers a refresher course geared for motorists aged 50 and older. The class will end by 4 p.m.

Fallon Evangelical Church at 3505 Stower Street in Fallon will host Coffee Break with Christian D.I.V.A.s complete with fellowship, giveaways, delicious coffee and a concert with some of the finest Christian singers from around the country at 7:00 p.m. on October 3, 2010. The event is sponsored by The Prairie County MOPS Group.
