Eight Terriers leaving for state meet in Great Falls

 The last time Great Falls hosted the state track meet the Terriers  

came home with two state champions — then senior Taylor Pisk with a  

168-8 throw in the javelin event while then junior Dani Dukart

Terry track team performs well at Elks meet

 The Terry boys and girls track teams competed in the two-day Elks track meet in Glendive Friday and Saturday.

Head Coach Leann Lantis was pleased with all of the performances, but in particular praised the showing of junior Halle Keltner.
“She continues to dominate her events,” Lantis said. “The kids are improving in the distance and field events. Halle just continues to get better and better at each meet.”

Terry has strong showing at Glasgow meet

  The Terry Track team traveled to Glasgow Monday, April 21.

“We had a very good showing,” coach Leann Lantis said. “Good weather makes for good performances.”
Personal records for individual events were achieved from the Terry team.

Teams, coaches, parents gear up for upcoming baseball season

  Parents gathered at the Terry Baseball Field Monday evening, as B league coaches Marty Sackman and Tanner Schillinger outlined aspects of the upcoming season.

There will be 10 players for each of Terry’s three teams. Players have signed up for T-ball, C and B leagues.

Terriers compete at Baker Invite

     The Terry track team traveled to Baker Saturday, April 12 to compete among area teams at the Baker Invitational. It was the team’s first meet of the season. Team and individual results are listed below:

Terry High’s track season is underway


Finding dry ground in the third week of track practice was a bit of a challenge for the Terry High School track team after Monday’s spring snow storm. Runners took turns along a dry path on the Grandey school grounds for part of Tuesday’s practice. Leading is Caitlin Lantis, followed by Katelynn Mendenhall and Caty Morrison.

Lady Terriers finish season at Southern C Divisional

Terriers look to play Southern C Divisionals after 3rd, 4th finish

  The Jordan Lady Mustangs came into the District 4C Tournament as the third seed, but they featured the best overall record, the highest scoring offense and the stingiest defense from the regular season.

On Saturday night, all of that was on display when the Lady Mustangs topped Northern Cheyenne 68-44 to claim the 4C championship.
